Return & Refund Policy

Aetherium Energy Private Limited manufactures and supplies lithium battery systems and energy storage products. Due to the nature of these products, returns and refunds are subject to strict conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

• The product is unused

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The original packaging is intact

• The product shows no signs of installation or damage

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Aetherium Energy.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for the following:

• Installed battery systems

• Used battery packs

• Customized OEM products

• Products damaged due to improper installation

3. Refund Process

If a return request is approved:

• The product must pass inspection

• Serial numbers must match the original invoice

• No tampering must be detected

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Warranty Claims

Product issues that occur after installation are handled through the Warranty & Service Policy, not through returns.
